About the event
This course will cover the significant changes found in the new NC 2024 Residential Building Code. Course is approved for 6 hours of GC elective CE and Code Officials 6 hours of standard building certificate CE. Additional the 2 hour mandatory course for general contractor will be provided for the full 8hrs needed to renew a GC license in 2026. Class opens up up ay 7:30 and access to the class through the link below:
